Personal experience suggests that there are good ways of finding a last minute deal. The travel agents were very helpful, and let us look at as many descriptions and pictures of the hotel and a map of the area as possible, giving us the best opportunity of finding somewhere excellent to stay. When we arrived we were happy with our choice, and found that the cheap price had afforded us a comfortable and really pleasant holiday.
